Really great to see the restaurant so busy and the service and food was excellent as usual. Our server Olivia was exceptional as well. Regularly checking on us and helping with the Zizzi App, and even something so simple, but sweet, as wishing my wife a happy birthday!

Food is usually excellent and I love coming here. It wasn't as good as usual but still very tasty. It's more expensive than I think it should be, and the bill was still a shocker. I put 3 stars for service because it felt extremely slow, they were pleasant though.

We love zizi, the kids love zizi too ! The pizza's are lovely and always a big hit for us. Tonight we found the service was a little off and seemed to be less personal which is not like this place at all. This place accepts the Blue Light and has a reward app :) toilets are clean and well maintained, the restaurant is clean and welcoming.

On 2nd October my family came for my daughter’s 9th birthday. The service was amazing, from the lady (sorry didn’t get name) who put up bunting for me and took the cakes in for me. To Alex and Hollys incredible service throughout, sorting the cakes and repacking them, to friendly service throughout, even when we were a pain with the bill! Sorry it’s late saying but they were great! Alex is an asset!

Decent food and reasonable prices, but nothing particularly memorable. Service was friendly, though a bit slow at times. The atmosphere is fine, just could use a bit more energy or charm. An okay place for a casual meal if you’re nearby.

It's been a while since we ve had food at Zizzi. Went at Sunday Lunch time, 24-08-25 with in laws. Great upbeat and efficient service by waiting staff. Great selection on menu. I ordered the *NEW* WAGYU meatballs arrabbiata ruffled ribbons pasta with chilli. 4 of us shared 2 garlic breads. All the food was well received by all of us, wagyu meatballs exceptional and as it says it has a spicey sauce. Nice clean and welcoming decor. All in all spot on !!!! Good value with a drink each £27.50 per person. 4 meals 4 drinks and 2 sides.
